Think You’re Bad at Art? You Can Learn with Practice

I was never naturally talented at art. I was the kid in art class who could barely draw a stick figure while others with natural art talent were painting amazing portraits! For years I thought that you had to have natural art talent to ever make it in an artistic industry. I learned I was wrong when I met a new friend in college who was majoring in graphic design. I told him that I would love to become a graphic designer, but I just wasn't "good" at art. He told me that he was never naturally good at art, either. I was inspired by him to pursue graphic design, and that day changed my life. I recently decided to make a blog to share my story and art tips to help others realize that they too can be great at art with enough practice and dedication to learn!
